I read a news article about how a man and his 6 year old golden retriever were taking a stroll in the park when he let Sam off the leash for just a second, and he jumped into the rough waters of the Merrimack river. The strong current washed him farther and farther down the river while his owner and many others were saying words of encouragement to him and trying to lead him out. After awhile of dog paddling down the rough waters, finally a small portion of land came and that's when a firefighter took action and swept down and grabbed the dog. I really liked watching and reading this video :) the owner was so happy that he got his best friend back and it was just a really cool story to hear about with a happy ending.

I read a sad article about how a young grad student was having fun this weekend with friends and went on there home-made zip line when it snapped and Aimee Copeland crashed down and fell in the river. She cut open her calf and when that happened, she accumulated a flesh eating disease. This rare, but deadly disease caused her to lose her leg, possibly her foot, and now her fingers. It's surprising she's still alive. There's more than a 50% chance that this disease will take her life, but she's still hanging on. This article was really sad to read, and I hope that she can make it through this. Her family and friends are probably all praying for her and she seems like a tough girl so I hope that she can come out of this okay. Her heart has already stopped, but she's still hanging on!

Angelina Jolie has a look-a-like! Part of the cast of ABC families show "The Secret Life Of An American Teenager" is playing in a role that's suppose to be Jolie when she's younger. They have many similarities such as full lips, strait long brown hair, defined eyebrows, pale skin, and even similar cheek bones. India Eisley also played a small role in the new "Underworld: Awakening" movie. I also thought it was interesting that her mother played Juliet in the 1968 movie of "Romeo And Juliet." I think they have a lot of similarities, but they don't look thaaaaat alike to me. Nobody can look exactly like eachother, so it's as close as it can get!
