After Robert Dewey was convicted of raping and murdering a 19-year-old girl from Colorado in 1994, he spent 16 years in prison an innocent man. He spent 6,219 days in jail, yet after he was released, he wasn't even mad about the mix-up. They found out that the real convict was already in jail for a similar murder in 1989 due to DNA tests. After he was released, he took his parents out to a nice meal, kissed his girl, and hugged a tree. He said "what good would it do me?" when questioned about how he felt about the system being wrong. I think that it's really cool of this guy not holding any grudges and having every right to be angry, but just not. He understands that things happen, and is just happy that he gets to spend the rest of his life free. I think it takes a lot in a man to be able to get past something this serious.
