I read an article about how a husband and wife went to the South African Game Preserve celebrating Violet D'Mello's 60'th birthday thinking nothing would go wrong. When The two Cheetah's got a little too playful and grabbed an eight-year-old's leg, Violet D'Mello stepped in and stopped the Cheetah's. That's when they turned on her. Although they had good, playful intentions, the Cheetah's grabbed her by the neck and hair and scratched her really close to her eyeball that if it were a few inches up, she wouldn't have an eye right now. Her husband, not thinking anything was wrong, kept taking pictures until he realized something was not right. After it was all over, her husband didn't have anything good to say about it. Violet on the other hand didn't hold them against it as much, she just says we need to move on. I think that it's a little ridiculous that the husband was that upset about the whole incident. They went there to pet wild animals and anything could happen around them. They still have there wild instincts that they need to think about. If they had no record of being aggressive, then they had no way of knowing.
